ऐपण महोत्सव का आयोजन उत्तराखंड राज्य में 30 नवम्बर 2023 तक किया गया था। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने 30 नवम्बर 2023 को एम.बी. इंटर कॉलेज ग्राउंड, हल्द्वानी में इजा बैनी महोत्सव का दौरा किया। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आइपन कला को देश और विश्व में ले जाने के लिए सामूहिक प्रयास की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। यात्रा के दौरान, सीएम ने कलाकार राखी गुप्ता की प्रशंसा की बहुत की और राखी जी ने बनाई गई ऐपण कला को मुख्यमंत्री को प्रस्तुत किया गया।
